Here’s a little present for my Mac-based readers. Back in 2005 I’ve developed a little Dashboard Widget that allows you to lookup on the ICQ White Pages who wants to add you.

Currently I often need it because I get authorization requests by spammers (or even not). It’s always annoying to crawl through the web to lookup, this widget let’s you simply check UINs and opens up the result in a web browser. Pretty simple & effective
